Consulting

Church staffs have requested one or more of our staff to help them with difficulty during crisis or counseling situations. We will come to the church or speak to you or provide phone consultations. We address a variety of issues that may arise in a church setting:

Adolescents in crisis
Domestic violence
Traumas
Suicide
Sexual addictions
Marital discord
Blended family issues
Staff conflict
Deaths and other losses
Referrals and resources for agencies, residential placements, alcohol and drug treatment, counseling.
One-time consultation for clergy and their families prior to counseling sessions.

In a business setting, some of the above issues could also need to be addressed by the supervisors or bosses. We also provide business consultations:

Using the MBTI in the work environment.
For dealing with difficult co-workers.
Encouraging workers’ potential and productivity.

In school settings, we have used the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, a personality inventory to assist administrative staff in selecting personnel who will be a good match for the present team.
