Making an appointment
Appointments are available by phoning the office at any time at 603-964-1700. In the event you do not reach one of us directly, please know that your call will be returned as soon as possible.
First time appointments are scheduled by calling the office manager Lynne
Morgan at (603)319-4924. She will help you select the right therapist at
Crossroads for your needs. She is our expert in explaining any insurance information.
The therapist requested or chosen will then give you a call to schedule a time with you. Please note that some of the therapists have waiting lists from time to time. Lynne will explain this to you if this applies.
Each appointment is 50 minutes long. The cost of the initial session is $130. The following sessions are $115. Group therapy sessions are $60. If sessions are covered by your insurance, you will be expected to pay your co-pay at the time of the visit. If there is a financial hardship, please speak to your therapist or your local church.
Insurance reimbursements can often be arranged, depending on your policy limitations. Some people choose not to use insurance due to confidentiality issues, since all managed care programs require sharing of personal client information and limit number of sessions covered (if any). Please inform us at intake call if you would like to use insurance. Often your insurance company can tell you if we are listed as providers with them by just phoning the number on the pack of your insurance card.
