Our ServicesCommitted to educate and assist in the Seacoast communities, the staff of Crossroads Counseling Center keeps an ongoing schedule speaking at retreats, seminars, workshops as well as professional counseling. During the last 20 years, these events have been enriching to hundreds of people. Today’s culture brings multiple stressors to individuals, marriages and families. Most workplaces are not “family-friendly”. In addition, high cost of living on the East coast causes pressure for our incomes to be more of a priority than our relationships. Also, the northern climate causes one out of four New Englanders to experience some form of Seasonal Affective Disorder, better known as the winter blues.
