E. Dennis Marasco, M.Div., LCMHC
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor

Dennis has been an individual, marital and family therapist since 1981 and in private practice since 1992. He received a Master of Divinity from Vanderbilt University Divinity School, Nashville, TN and has completed post-graduate courses and continuing education programs.

With special focus in marriage and family therapy, Dennis addresses issues like communication, adjustment, grief, men’s and relationship issues providing therapy to individuals, marriages and families. His giftedness lies in closely tracking a person’s or a couple’s deeply held hurts, then empathically and creatively helping them find hope for change.

Dennis is a NH Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (1995), National Certified Counselor (1987), ordained minister (1981) and member of the American Counseling Association (1987). He is a member of the New Hampshire Disaster Behavioral Health Relief Team (DBHRT) and is able to respond when there are state and national disasters. Dennis has also held a pastoral role since 1996 part-time at Bethany Church.

Jane Marasco, MSW, LICSW
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

NH Board licensed in clinical social work, Jane graduated in 1987 from the University of Connecticut Social Work Masters program. She has experience as an instructor for the University of New Hampshire postgraduate continuing education department. During the past 19 years, she served as associate staff for Exeter hospital as a member of the emergency room trauma team, as group therapist for the Oncology Department and as adjunct faculty in the Social Work Department of Gordon College. Receiving training for disaster relief, she is a member of the New Hampshire Disaster Behavioral Health Relief Team (DBHRT) providing services for state and national disasters. She has provided trainings, education, spiritual direction and inspiration at various conferences, businesses, churches, colleges and interest groups.

Jane is a member of the National Association of Social Work and the National Association of Christians in Social Work. She works with a variety of psychiatric problems, specializing in anxiety and depressive disorders. She offers supportive, cognitive and behavioral treatment for adults and especially women.

Jack Collins, MA, LCMHC
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor

Jack received his Master of Arts degree in Art Therapy/Family Therapy from Lindenwood University (1983), and a BS degree in Psychology at Defiance College (1974). In 1989, he completed a two-year post-graduate training program in family therapy and family therapy supervision at UIC-IJR in Chicago. Jack specialized in marital and family counseling—as a clinician and as a supervisor and trainer—in both mental health and addiction recovery settings, home-based family counseling agencies and in private practice. He has provided trainings and workshops at national, state and regional conferences, as well as presentations to local agencies and churches.

Jack currently provides individual, marital and family counseling services. Operating from a strength-based, hope-filled perspective, he embraces collaborative, respectful and solution-focused ways of being with people who are struggling with depression, hopelessness, anxiety/fear, stress, communication issues, patterns of conflict, life transitions and adjustments, grief and loss, addictions and various other individual and relationship issues.

Tressa Ryan, MSW, LICSW
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

Tressa received her Master degree in clinical social work from the University of New England in 1992. She works with individuals addressing issues of grief, loss, depression, anxiety, transition and stress. Her expertise includes working with women’s issues, depression, childhood trauma and play therapy. She provides supportive and cognitive behavioral treatments for women, children and families.

Tressa is a member of the National Association of Social Work, National Association of Christian Social Workers and American Association of Christian Counselors. Tressa has been a therapist and educator for adults, marriages, and families as well as women’s, church and camping groups.

Elizabeth Abel, MA
Elizabeth graduated with a BA degree from Kings College (2000), in Tennessee, and her Master of Arts in Counseling from East Tennessee State University (2004). Elizabeth served as Program Coordinator for Athletes in Action for one year. She practiced for two years as a member of the counseling faculty at Kings College, before moving to New Hampshire in fall of 2006. She is presently working toward licensure in New Hampshire. Elizabeth enjoys working with children, adolescents, young adults and women.
